This is an edition of a biographical sketch of Huysmans written by Henry Ceard and Jean de Caldain. It was originally published in la Revue Hebodomadaire in 1908. The book also includes Pierre Cogny’s introduction and notes, and a number of previously unpublished items from Pierre Lambert’s collection.

This copy includes a dedication from the author to the academic Colin Burns, who has made numerous corrections and annotations to the text.
